Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional representative with residents, staff, clients, contractors, applicants, and external partners.
• Build positive relationships with residents and be the primary contact within the community.
• Process lease documentation and applications and enter prospect information into the tracking system.
• Conduct background checks for prospective residents and follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Collect rent payments, issue notices, and oversee eviction proceedings related to delinquent accounts.
• Oversee maintenance and ensure community infrastructure, common areas, and homes are properly maintained.
• Serve as onsite contact for third‑party contractors and residents; monitor conditions and identify improvements.
