We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an established manufactured home community in Fenton, Missouri. Responsibilities include resident relations, leasing and occupancy growth, rent collections, delinquency management, maintenance supervision, vacant home rehabilitation coordination, community inspections, vendor management, and maintaining community standards. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on community oversight.
The Community Manager plays an important role in maintaining and protecting the value of the property while creating a positive experience for current and prospective residents. This position serves as a key liaison between the company and the community, building strong resident relationships, addressing concerns, supporting leasing efforts, overseeing property operations, and helping ensure the community remains a well-maintained and welcoming place to live.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a role that combines property management, customer service, leasing, resident relations, and hands-on community operations.
A successful Community Manager is someone who can balance resident service with the operational responsibilities of managing a property. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
This position requires the mobility to regularly alternate between sitting, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling in order to perform job responsibilities.
Approximately 25% or more of the workday may be spent walking throughout the assigned property to monitor community conditions and support day-to-day operations.
Minimal travel is required.
Our Community Managers are more than the onsite point of contact—they help shape the day-to-day experience of the people who call our communities home. From welcoming prospective residents and building relationships with current residents to supporting maintenance operations and protecting the condition of the property, this role has a direct impact on the success of the community.
If you're someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of a community, we'd love to hear from you.
