We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Part Time Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations of an assigned residential community or communities.
The Part-Time Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 121-site manufactured home community. We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming community and providing exceptional resident service. Part-time hours not exceed 29 hours per week.
This role combines office administration with hands-on property management, including rent collection, property inspections, enforcing community standards, and addressing resident concerns. Strong communication is essential, as you will serve as the primary liaison between residents and management while building positive relationships and ensuring resident issues and community needs are addressed.
A successful Community Manager is someone who can balance resident service with the operational responsibilities of managing a property. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
This position requires the mobility to regularly alternate between sitting, standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling in order to perform job responsibilities.
Approximately 25% or more of the workday may be spent walking throughout the assigned property to monitor community conditions and support day-to-day operations.
Minimal travel is required.
Our Community Managers are more than the onsite point of contact—they help shape the day-to-day experience of the people who call our communities home. From welcoming prospective residents and building relationships with current residents to supporting maintenance operations and protecting the condition of the property, this role has a direct impact on the success of the community.
If you're someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of a community, we'd love to hear from you.
