RHP Properties is seeking a Community Manager for the Warsaw, IN community. The role manages daily operations, staff, and administration to operate the manufactured home community efficiently and profitably.

The position emphasizes rent collection, delinquency follow-up, evictions when needed, staff training, and strong customer service. The coordinator will oversee maintenance, expense tracking, and resident relations, working closely with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask and problem solve

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration, operation, and personnel of the manufactured home community
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and evictions in accordance with laws
• Hire, train, and supervise onsite staff; administer discipline and maintain records
• Ensure safety and compliance; inspect community grounds and homes
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and vendor invoices; manage expenses and petty cash
• Maintain employee files and timesheets; prepare reports for corporate office
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs and concerns
• Assist with advertising, promotions, and presentations of homes as directed by Regional Manager
