Volunteer Properties is seeking a Community Manager for Blakeney Commons in Smyrna, TN. You will oversee daily operations, leasing performance, rent collection, resident relations, and financial oversight while leading the on-site team.

The role requires previous property management experience, leadership, and strong communication. You will coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold exceptional resident service in a fast-paced multi-family community.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Must be able to provide proof of valid vehicle insurance.

• Lead and supervise on-site staff to achieve occupancy goals.
