Admiral Communities in Johnson City and Bluff City, Tennessee seeks an energetic Property Manager to lead operations, build relationships with residents, and ensure a well-run community. Responsibilities include rent collections, leasing, coordinating move-ins/out, managing compliance and property inspections, and collaborating with maintenance and regional management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years PM/leasing, strong customer service, Spanish is a plus, Rent Manager experience, valid license,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual Spanish skills highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent and home payment collections.
• Build relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Market and lease available homes and lots.
• Coordinate all move-in and move-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with community rules and Federal Fair Housing regulations.
• Issue notices and manage delinquency and eviction processes when necessary.
• Partner with Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for new residents.
• Conduct property inspections and help maintain community appearance.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Manager regarding operations.
