Volunteer Properties in Bristol, Tennessee, seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our multi-family communities. You will manage leasing performance, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination while leading the on-site team to deliver exceptional resident service.
The role emphasizes strong relationships with owners, residents, and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial oversight.
Formación
- Previous property management experience is required.
- Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.
Responsabilidades
- Lead leasing initiatives to maintain or exceed occupancy goals.
- Supervise on-site staff to promote service and efficiency.
- Act as liaison between owners, staff, residents, and vendors.
- Ensure financial oversight through budgeting and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
