Job summary

Volunteer Properties is looking for a Community Manager to oversee all daily operations at the Smyrna community, including leasing performance, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance coordination. You will lead the on-site team, ensure compliance and financial oversight, and build strong relationships with owners, residents, and staff while representing the company with professionalism.

The role requires previous property management experience, proficiency with OneSite and KNOCK,

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Experience with OneSite and KNOCK is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing performance, rent collection and resident relations.
• Lead on-site staff, vendor relationships and customer service excellence.
• Monitor operating expenses, budget variances and financial reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across the community.
• Coordinate maintenance operations and property inspections.
