Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time Community Manager for the Rome, GA area to oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, reporting, and budget management. The role requires at least two years of property management experience and a valid driver’s license.

You will supervise on-site staff, prepare reports, handle resident relations, and coordinate vendor bids while working with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of residential management experience required.
• Yardi experience desired.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy with property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff including hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching.
• Prepare timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Assist residents via phone and email; manage leasing tasks from applications to leases.
• Collect rent and handle move-out accounting and collections.
• Inspect property common areas and units; complete inspection reports.
• Ensure make-ready apartments are ready for new residents.
• Organize and participate in resident events.
• Process invoices in a timely manner and manage bids/vendor relationships.
• Manage renovation programs and capital projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
