Base Pay Range

$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Creating multi‑channel brand awareness strategies for a variety of clients and NoGood
• Analyzing and reporting on content performance across multiple social platforms to regularly inform strategy
• Regularly communicating with clients, leading external meetings and sharing learnings
• Building content calendars for clients and collaborating with creators, designers, and copywriters to oversee execution
• Managing the day‑to‑day social media communities for clients, working inside the channels

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience building engaged brand communities on social media
• A strong creator persona, style, and content approach
• Experience in organic social management and the ability to help activate campaigns in the space
• Strong writing skills (short‑ and long‑form)
• Deep understanding of social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and more
• Understanding of what makes social content viral
• Experience working with or managing content creators
• Excellent knowledge of internet culture and the latest social media news, platforms, and updates
• Pulse on the language of the Internet and subcultures/trends of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.
• Experience setting marketing objectives and quarterly KPIs to optimize the content strategy
• Paid media and SEO experience is a major plus!
• Hands‑on experience creating viral, high‑performing short‑form video content is a plus!
