Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager for Century Oaks in Oakdale, MN.

This full-time on-site role oversees on-site operations, maintenance coordination, budgeting and reporting under the Regional Manager. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years in property management, strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, plus proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ yrs in Property Management.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Ability to problem solve with staff and residents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee total on-site operation of the assigned community(s).
• Maintain administration, property maintenance and security, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare written reports and monthly operating budgets.
• Provide leasing assistance as needed.
• Monitor vendor services and contract performance.
