Responsibilities

• Provides an outstanding experience to internal and external customers and acts as a cultural steward.
• Maintains the reception area ensuring a professional image for associates and guests.
• Identifies and resolves issues with friendliness and patience.
• Plans and coordinates engaging associate events with office leadership.
