Pivotal Housing Partners is seeking a full-time Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our properties, including compliance, resident services, and financial performance at Patterson Point Senior Residence in Bloomington, IN, and Central Park Place in Columbus, OH.

You will manage leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and staff training, while staying responsive to residents and emergencies on call.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving
• Prior experience with YARDI preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including compliance
• Manage operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance
• Assist in management and maintenance of assigned properties
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance and reporting
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies on call when required
