The ideal candidate has 1+ years of property management experience (Tax Credit) and strong communication skills, with familiarity in YARDI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance and operations
• Coordinate concierge resident service and financial performance monitoring
• Assist in management and maintenance of all facets of assigned properties
