Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of a medium-sized property.
• Inspects property daily to meet standards.
• Executes budget planning and reports monthly variances.
• Oversees leasing and staff scheduling.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for affordable housing programs.
• Leads resident relations and curb appeal efforts.
