Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to lead our leasing office and set new standards for resident experience in Pleasanton, CA.

You will oversee leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and coordination with maintenance, driving financial performance while upholding our commitment to exceptional living experiences.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing.
• Experience utilizing data/reports to develop solutions to sustain high standards of customer service, revenue, and expense management.
• Successfully resolves resident issues.
