Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in Pleasanton, CA to lead our leasing team and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will oversee office operations, leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and collaboration with maintenance and staff to meet financial targets. The role requires 5+ years in multi-family property management, 2+ years of people leadership, and a Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma or GED is minimum.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing office operations, budgeting, and reporting.
