Job summary

Avant Supported Living LLC is seeking a Community Manager for LIFE @ Avant to lead the day program and Supported Employment services, building a cohesive team of Professional Hosts and Mentors delivering person-centered support.

You will empower young adults with I/DD, foster partnerships with families and community employers, and ensure services meet high-quality standards while pursuing innovative programming.
