Job summary

ACM LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Atlanta, GA. This exempt, full-time role leads resident services at an assigned community, overseeing leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and daily operations to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-family management experience, knowledge of Entrata or similar software, strong communication skills, and a track record of marketing communities. CAM/ARM/CCRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family community manager.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market communities and strong communication/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Inspect community and vacant units to minimize rental arrears.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
• Maintain records of rent rolls, delinquency reports, and invoices.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and maintain move-in paperwork.
• Ensure proper safety, inspections, and compliance with policies.
• Lead and develop the community management team.
