Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager in Lilburn, GA to direct daily property operations, lead the onsite team, and hit revenue and occupancy targets. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and vendor coordination to ensure a high‑quality resident experience.

The role emphasizes people leadership, adherence to regulations, API‑level reporting, and continuous process improvement in a multi‑family setting. This full‑time position offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor/Management experience: 1–3 years leading and evaluating staff.
• Management: 1–3 years multi-family property management background.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software: Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Drive revenue through leasing strategies and targeted marketing.
• Model budgets, forecast financials, and manage invoices.
• Analyze market trends and optimize operations and technology usage.
• Enforce lease terms, handle inspections, evictions and collections.
• Coordinate with owners, vendors, and contractors for property needs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and compliant operations.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain high service levels.
