Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Property Manager in Columbus, GA to oversee day-to-day property operations, drive occupancy and revenue goals, and lead the on-site team. You will manage budgets, review financials, handle vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or OneSite. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an apartment community.
• Manage budget inputs and financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Ensure security and maintenance standards are met.
• Lead and develop property staff and leasing teams.
• Support owner relationships and provide performance updates.
