• Respond to rental inquiries and track prospects.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure leases comply with corporate policy and VRLTA.
• Supervise maintenance staff and prepare units for occupancy.
• Oversee expenditures and renewal programs.
• Maintain tenant files and ensure clear communication.
• Conduct property walk-throughs and plan resident events.
