Job summary

Thalhimer Multifamily is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support Market Street Lofts, Union Flats and Studio 622 in Richmond, VA. You will help create a welcoming environment and assist in day-to-day property operations, marketing, leasing, tours, and application processing.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to multi-task, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management software. MRI experience is a plus.

• Provide outstanding resident service and build positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
