Live Bryten is seeking a Community Manager for The Lincoln in Lone Tree, CO. You will lead daily operations, coach your team, manage budgets and leasing processes, and ensure resident satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in multi-family leasing management, strong financial/admin skills, and excellent communication.

On-site position with comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a commitment to safety and community engagement. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Strong financial and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with professionalism and positivity
• Coach and develop the on-site team to thrive
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
• Oversee leasing processes and compliance
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure curb appeal
• Handle resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Report to the Asset Director and support client communications
• Promote safety, compliance, and community engagement
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
