Live Bryten in Tucson is seeking a dedicated Community Manager for Reserve at Orange Grove. You will lead daily operations, coach the onsite team, manage budgets and rent collections, and oversee leasing with a focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family leasing management, strong communication, and proficiency in property management software. On-site work, a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), and a driver’s license are expected; bilingual skills

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills a plus; not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
