Qualifications

• Property management or multifamily housing experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software is a plus.
• A positive, team-oriented leader who takes ownership of the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the community.
• Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle from prospect to renewal.
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and standards.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitive properties.
• Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives and referrals.
