Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Community Manager for our San Antonio Baldwin property. You will oversee daily operations, drive financial performance, and lead the leasing team to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of property management experience, strong budgeting skills, and proven leadership. A Bachelor’s degree or CPM and Yardi experience are preferred. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a reputable, awards-winning company.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years property management experience.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and NOI management skills.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance to achieve NOI targets.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and outreach efforts to optimize occupancy and rent growth.
• Monitor compliance with housing laws and company policies.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets with the regional team.
• Coach and develop on-site staff through regular training and feedback.
