Camden Property Trust is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily community with a focus on maximizing income, occupancy, and NOI. You will attract, guide, develop, and mentor teams to deliver Living Excellence and exceptional resident experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to implement creative marketing and operational strategies while aligning with Camden’s values and brand.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years on-site experience in residential property management required.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others.
• Ability to manage change and lead through adversity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
