Beloved Bellevue Ridge Apartments is seeking a Community Manager in Bellevue, WA. You will supervise leasing and maintenance teams, enforce rules, and drive smooth operations to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• College education preferred (experience considered above education).
• Previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers.
• Ensure employee compliance with Washington State Residential Landlord & Tenant Act.
• Review rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure buildings meet government and environmental regulations.
• Recommend physical repairs, replacements and/or improvements.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Schedule on-call personnel and supervise on-site emergencies.
• Ensure tasks meet OSHA standards.
• Recommend marketing and leasing program improvements.
• Maintain accounting records including payroll, overtime, invoices, and rent delinquencies.
• Assist in annual budget creation and monthly variance reports.
• Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Enforce community rules and document disputes.
