Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM certification preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of the apartment community and operations.
• Partner with leaders to ensure team success in daily operations.
• Train team members on customer service and apartment sales techniques.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on operations and financial performance.
