You will hire and train staff, oversee rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management, and implement marketing plans to maximize occupancy. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Community Manager for 108+ units.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong sales skills and ability to read/write business reports.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports and correspondence.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word; knowledge of property software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent team.
• Manage daily operations and maximize income opportunities.
• Collect rents and enforce delinquent rent procedures; ensure insurance and screening compliance.
• Review monthly performance and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
• Implement effective marketing plans and monitor vendor performance.
