SRG Residential in Oakland, CA, is seeking an experienced Community Manager for The Alfred, a 254-unit property. The role requires hiring and developing a competent team, overseeing daily operations, rent collection, and ensuring policy compliance to maximize income.

You will manage vendor contracts, budgeting, market analysis, and safety standards, while mentoring staff and delivering excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as a Community Manager for 120+ units.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic math concepts.
• Knowledge of property-level software: Outlook, Excel and Word.
