Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training and development of the property management team.
• Manage daily operations including rent reviews and maximizing income.
• Collect rents and enforce delinquent rent procedures; ensure insurance compliance.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and annual budgets.
• Develop marketing plans and monitor contractor work.
• Ensure safety procedures and MSDS compliance.
• Coordinate repairs and capital projects with maintenance.
• Ensure policy adherence and reads company handbooks.
