52TEN is seeking a Community Manager for North Meadows Estates in Randleman, NC. Manage a 203-homesite community, lead onsite staff, and partner with the District Manager to drive performance while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

You will own day-to-day operations, oversee leasing and home sales, and balance exceptional customer service with sound business judgment. This role offers base salary of $50,000–$55,000 with incentives and full benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of property management or related experience.
• Strong customer service and resident relationship skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate teams and priorities.
• Business mindset focused on performance, accountability, and follow-through.
• Experience with operations such as collections, leasing, budgeting, or performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems and common software.
• Basic understanding of maintenance operations and vendor coordination.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
