Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including financial, administrative, and leasing functions.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, vendor payments, and financial reports.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor property staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance and respond to resident requests.
