ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property end-to-end, driving financial performance and a superior resident experience. You’ll own leasing, operations, and team leadership while ensuring compliance and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Three to five years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager, or completion of Roundhouse development program.
• Real estate license, or ability to obtain one within 120 days if required by state.
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations governing property management.
• Customer-service mindset and passion for the work.
• Strong desire to lead, both in role and in the community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Partner with Regional Manager to set property goals and plans to reach them.
• Own the numbers: rent collection, delinquency, budgets, and financial obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and uphold high service standards.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects.
• Walk the property to maintain upkeep, curb appeal, and safety standards.
• Resolve resident concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally.
• Keep accurate records across leases, resident files, financials, and deposits.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports, including financials and occupancy metrics.
• Plan resident events and community engagement to make residents feel at home.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety regulations, and company policy.
