EMBREY is seeking a Community Manager for the Hensley at the District property in Centennial, Colorado. The role oversees development initiatives, equity partnerships, and investor relations while leading a team and managing the budget to foster a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor and resident relations, optimizing occupancy and revenue, and implementing retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management.
• Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience.

As a Community Manager, you will successfully execute the vision of Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while maintaining a team, budget, and building a sense of community.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
