Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent for Hensley at The District in Centennial, CO. This full-time role involves assisting the Community Manager, leasing units, and delivering exceptional resident service to current and prospective residents.

You will work with staff to implement marketing strategies, grow traffic, and aim to exceed occupancy goals while maintaining strong knowledge of the property and competitors.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property traffic levels, maintain established closing ratios, and exceed occupancy targets.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitors through site visits and surveys.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 Annually

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Leasing & Marketing Agent at Hensley at the District.

As aLeasing and Marketing Agent, you will assist the Community Manager in operating our luxury property by leasing units and providing a superior customer service experience to our current and future residents.

Responsibilities

• Work with the property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic levels, maintain established closing ratios, and work to achieve and exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition through site visits/tours and telephone surveys.
• Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service with a proactive 5-star experience approach while building strong and vibrant senses of community with all residents through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring that residents consistently receive a stellar experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

Position Type

• $22/hr. - $24/hr.
