Job summary

EMBREY is seeking a Community Manager for Hensley at the District in Centennial, Colorado. You will lead the property operations, staff, leasing strategy and resident engagement to deliver strong occupancy and performance.

Qualified candidates have property management experience, proficiency with Yardi, Adobe and MS Office, two years in a supervisory role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Management.
• Experience utilizing Yardi, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners, and construction personnel.
• Manage the property and supervise the staff in accordance with company policies.
• Professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns.
• Optimize occupancy and net revenues and operate the property in a cost-effective manner.
• Hire, train, and develop personnel.
• Establish and execute an effective resident retention plan, including renewals and managing lease expirations within an established ideal matrix.
• Establish and execute an effective marketing and occupancy plan.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, costs savings, and improved technology that will benefit the company and employees and assist in finding solutions.
