Qualifications

• One year of property management experience or a 4-year degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Ensure excellent customer service in daily management of the community.
• Maximize cash flow and monitor banking activities.
• Assist the Community Manager in recruiting and supervising team members.
