Job summary

RHP Properties, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, seeks a full-time Community Manager for Enchanted Village in Alton, IL to oversee daily administration, operations, and onsite staff.

Responsibilities include managing rent collections, evictions within state laws, supervising maintenance, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring safety and resident relations. Requires 2–3 years of property management and HS diploma; MRI/MS Office preferred; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detailed orientation with ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Proficient with MS Office; MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration, operation, and onsite personnel of the community.
• Hire, train, motivate, and manage onsite staff with proper documentation.
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage maintenance work orders.
• Manage rent collections, late fees, evictions, and related financials.
• Ensure safety and compliance, address issues, and report to corporate office.
