RHP Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Enchanted Village community in Alton, IL. This full-time role supports the Community Manager with administrative duties, data entry, and lead management to build a resident book of business.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of office experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A valid driver’s license and reliable commute are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year general office experience.
• At least 1 year sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and handle inquiries.
• Answer calls promptly and provide requested information.
• Develop and maintain community relationships.
• Enter data into management software and maintain files.
• Assist in home sales and lead entry for potential residents.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain equipment.
• Ensure resident privacy and compliance with regulations.
