Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Matlock Flats, a 192-unit apartment community in Arlington, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, occupancy goals, resident relations, and staff supervision to ensure a well-maintained community.

Qualifications include a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and at least three years in multifamily property management; ARM/COS/RAM designations are a plus. Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in related field or equivalent.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience.
• Accounting and administrative background helpful; MS Office skills.
• Proficient in English; strong communication; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance, and resident retention.
• Supervise staff; conduct orientation, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain communication with residents and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, and adherence to policies and procedures.
