Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Sutton Flats to oversee daily property operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and maximize NOI under the guidance of the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing, and team supervision on site.

The role requires 5+ years in property management with supervisory experience, strong Yardi and MS Office skills, and knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations. A CPM/CPM-related credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS LIHTC Program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI.
• Maximize cash flow and manage rent collections.
• Ensure accuracy of Yardi data and leasing activity.
• Develop annual operating budgets with Accounting and Regional PM.
• Supervise team and ensure policy compliance.
• Support leasing, resident relations and maintenance coordination.
