Job summary

Embrey Partners Ltd. is seeking a Community Manager in Austin, TX, to lead a property management team and execute strategic plans for occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

You will coordinate with Development, Equity Partners, and Investors while managing staff, budget, and a strong sense of community. This role requires a proactive leader with hands-on supervision and a focus on tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management.
• Experience using Yardi, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rapport with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners and construction personnel.
• Manage the property and supervise the staff in accordance with company policies.
• Professionally resolve tenant complaints and property concerns.
• Optimize occupancy and net revenues and operate the property cost‑effectively.
• Hire, train and develop personnel.
• Establish and execute an effective resident retention plan, including renewals and managing lease expirations.
• Establish and execute an effective marketing and occupancy plan.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings and improved technology.
