The role requires 2+ years in residential property management, LIHTC experience, and strong MS Office skills; you will supervise staff, manage leasing, ensure compliance, and maintain positive resident relations with owners and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in residential property management.
• LIHTC property management experience required.
• Experience with LIHTC certifications, recertifications, income qualifications, and resident file compliance.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English; basic to moderate math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Oversee operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Follow budgets while maintaining property quality.
• Manage leasing process including applications, pricing, and renewals.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and affordable housing requirements.
• Supervise staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
• Lead team meetings and maintain resident relations.
