Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a Tulsa apartment community. You will supervise on-site staff, manage leasing, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining exceptional resident services.

You will work with a dynamic team to optimize occupancy, enforce policies, and oversee maintenance, ensuring safety and high standards across grounds and buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community.
• Lead and develop on-site teams to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses; prepare monthly financial reports.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, and manage resident relations.
