Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property/Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family property, lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will drive leasing strategies, supervise staff, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires coordination with ownership, vendors, and maintenance teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management and related duties.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection and reporting of revenues.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures to stay within budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, orienting, and performance management.
• Assist in client/owner relations and provide periodic updates.
