Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned multi-family property. You will lead a team, drive revenue, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and lease enforcement, with a focus on occupancy and financial performance. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements and market information.
• Monitors rent collection, posts payments, and prepares monthly financial reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and ensures proper insurance documentation and coding.
• Controls expenditures within the approved budget and manages petty cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement and renewals, conducts inspections, and handles notices and evictions as required.
• Gathers market data to inform short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
