Palomar at SLO in San Luis Obispo, CA seeks a full-time Community Manager to protect, maintain, and enhance the property's value while maximizing the living experience for residents. You will effectively direct and coordinate the community's daily operations and lead on-site teams.

Responsibilities include managing leasing, marketing, budgeting, cash flow, and resident relations; ensuring compliance with residential laws; and delivering strong financial results while upholding Cardinal’s core

Qualificações

• Four years’ experience in property management; leasing, marketing, and resident relations knowledge.
• Strong MS Office and Google Suite skills.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Ability to analyze monthly financials and prepare budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate a professional, client-oriented attitude with residents, colleagues, and the public.
• Aim to improve community performance to meet financial/operational goals.
• Direct daily activities across maintenance, leasing, risk management, safety, and marketing.
• Develop operating income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget to guide actions.
• Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenue collection and documentation per lease obligations.
• Oversee on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing teams.
• Manage resident relations and respond to repairs, rent issues, and concerns.
• Participate in Cardinal U training and promote team involvement.
